The Matisse Database Enterprise Manager is the main user interface to Matisse. It enables database developers to experience a visual development environment for SQL components and database administrators to monitor key indicators of the database resources usage and to easily perform visually administration tasks.

Matisse Database Enterprise Manager regroups in a single environment the distributed management of database servers, the administration of users, the real-time monitoring of databases and database servers as well as the management of backup and restore, and the monitoring of database mirroring and server replication.

In addition Matisse Developers and DBAs can benefit from a clear and intuitive data management environment, which includes the management of SQL components and database schemas, the import of Relational or XML sources into a Matisse database as well as the export data from Matisse into a Relational and XML format. Furthermore, the SQL analyzer console helps optimize complex SQL queries and can produce both table and hierarchical views of the data.

Object Browser
Designed to build applications with Reusable SQL components faster, the Object Browser with its powerful query builder provides an easy access to object hierarchies. Users can then navigate through the hierarchical views of the data and update object properties.
