Matisse Software Releases a new Open Source Python-Matisse Interface.

Mountain View, CA - June 6, 2011 – Matisse Software today announces the immediate availability of the new Python interface to the Matisse database.

Python is an interpreted, general-purpose high-level programming language whose design philosophy emphasizes code readability. Python supports a short time-to-market philosophy that blends perfectly with Matisse 8 unique Object and SQL capabilities. Projects combining the use Python and Matisse see immediate gains in productivity and lower maintenance costs.

The tight integration between Python and Matisse has proven to reduce application complexity with direct object-to-object mapping without compromising the expressiveness and dynamic type system of the Python language.
